Our first gift concert for the senior residents

Sunday,December 9, 2012 we finally had our first gift concert for the senior residents of Kokoro Elderly House in Japantown. Ever since I came to this country and volunteered for Japanese seniors on Thanksgiving and　Christmas holidays, I had that dream: Some day, together with a small　group of dancers visit them to give my dance to those elders with no　family and nowhere to go, to give them a moment of beauty and make them smile.  

    

Just Sunday, it happened. So much smiles and positive energy and LOVE.

A Petite Holiday gift for Kokoro elderly regidents

SMILE ;-) Peace everywhere

This year 2012, we bring a humble gift of love and joy for elderlies of "KOKORO" SF as Holiday season celebration performance.My friends will play violin and flute for this event ;-) what a beautyful and joyful happening!

We will perform a section of Tchaikovski's Flower Waltz from Nutcracker, and have real flowers for the seniors. We are able to bring them precious smile as gift for all the residents..SMILE for everyone and you are not alone;-) My internal and eternal wishes are here! 

Thank you for all dancers(Yoko,Wolfgang,Saiko,Mao,Ronnie and Nao, Miharu and Yumi ) and my friend Megumi Yamamoto(Violin) and Kyoko Kimura(Flute) make this happen for this year.

Also "Much" appriciation for Naoko and Kokoro to accept this our humble gift from us.
