Happy Lunar New Year - Feb 19 2015, Year of the sheep

Happy Lunar New Year will be coming soon! We cerebrated Monique's Ballet SF lunar new year 2015 on Sun, Feb.1  a just ahead of February 19.

Everybody Jointed a joyous tribute to the time- festivities of the multicultural foods(Japanese, American,Chinese, Euro..)holiday celebration with new year hike adventure and finding what is about the nature beauty..

1hr nature hike with fresh air,showing time for bring foods. 

Woldgang- Organic Japanese makisushi collections(natto- ume, veggies). Yoko-Banana bread,Kotono-shiso pasta,Rima-apple cider,Yumi-ratatouille, potato salad, baguette,Ronnie-chikusenni,Minori-Kimuchi fried rice,Momo- Takoyaki,Yasuyo-Happy New Year cake,Yuka-Tapas,Monique-Tsumire soup and Pork belly stew.

We enjoyed Over the full course of this multicultural foods,We had a special New year greeting  from kitty "Gozi" for all to enjoy.

2014 Elderly's home "KOKORO " Volunteering performance!

It's been already 3 years that we are volunteering the Christmas performance at Kokoro.

 

I really want to say a big Thank You for your participation in and your efforts towards this performance.

Everyone has a very complicated schedule before the holidays. So I really appreciate this.

 

All that dedication and energy translates into an act of unconditional love to the seniors. Bringing this moment of joy to them will reflect back, and if you take it purely, will open up your life's expansion that much.

 

The day of the show, the smiles the seniors gave us were priceless. We handed 100 flowers to them, their care givers and everyone involved...

I really want to thank you all to be a part of this event every year! To bring love, joy, and incredible smiles to the senior audience who otherwise wont have much opportunities to experience it.

2014, we had a great time with them and we will be back to bring a new very special gift to them.

Lastly I would like to place this wonderful word as below. This word is representing  what is  foundation of our volunteering performance and what should be all of our life.

2014 Halloween Class

It was a just day before the Halloween. We had a great halloween class as usual.
Some of them were missed, but I knew you were there with us :D

OCT 23, Farewell rehersal for Etsuko

I just wanted tell you about Etsuko story. she jointed our class May 2013 as zero experienced ballet dancer.
As soon as came to SF, She took my introductory class and move up to regular class.
She told me that she might no contact people for a few month when she came to SF.
But we braked her such imagine!
She has had great progress with our class. She performed, got a part time job and delivered a beautiful baby...  So many things she got along with this class :D
Most fantastic thing was she got  great friends have  compassion in this group. We are not only taking "just class" and make their high nose. We are a group for growing our mind and spirt together. I hope that everybody aware my hart signal " compassion " without any administrate mind. We are a family and sharing. I share my knowledge to all of them. I am always updated my skill. All of my students will get fresh idea and improve more than "now" in  body, mind and spirit. It might be a bit strange strategy  to form a class for get used to americanized package price menu brain. Thats why our class has shining with me with same "Code" which loveing, careering each other. It might hard to understand this class consept. because unusual compare to other.

Oct 23 Etsuko & Yuka babies first visit to our class

2 beautiful dancers of our member, Etsuko and Yuka delivered their baby in healthfully. Yuka was Sept 12 and Etsuko was Sept30. They were continued to take ballet class for a pregnant women until 2 weeks before the delivered day. Congrats! so beautiful girls first visited us on Thursday, Oct 23.

Sun Oct 12: Happy Birthday Yassuno !

We have been really working hard toward the annual performance 2014.
The goal is almost there..
We share time and  space with smile and mutual encouragement.
I am so happy to see this processing to grow our mind and spirit.
Sun, Oct 12. Yasuno's birthday. Despite her birthday, she came and rehearsal with us. I really appriciate her decision. it's just lovely! we cerebrate her birthday at Maru dojo where we practiced there.
